Land Sales

All land sales that have not been concluded within one (1) year from the date of filing
shall be set for status conference by plaintiff’s counsel within thirty (30) days following
the expiration of the one-year anniversary of the filing of the land sale action.

Disinterment

If the decedent died of a contagious or infectious disease, the applicant must obtain a permit
from the Board of Health (or other appropriate agency) authorizing the disinterment.

Current costs for disinterment are $46.00.

Medical License Registration

Chiropractors, Podiatrists, and Certified Massage Therapists may have their medical licenses
registered in Probate Court for a cost of $2.00. Payment must be made by cash, money order,
or certified check.

Please bring the original license to Probate Court between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.
