please contact the Probate Court at

Records Research
Probate Clerks are not available to honor research requests submitted by email,
phone, or mail.
Public terminals are available for research at the Probate Court,
101 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
Probate records from 1994 to the present may be accessed online; however,
document images are not available. There are no exceptions to this policy.
